the hotel room was super tidy and well-arranged, a definite plus.
The breakfast was not a culinary highlight. It lacked variety. the hairdryer in the room felt quite outdated, comparable to what you might find in a 3-star hotel. this was disappointing considering the hotel's overall high standard.

i felt pampered . the staff were attentive and dedicated. breakfast was divine offering the best start to the day before exploring the city. the room was well-equipped.
the internet speed was not up to par for a hotel of this caliber. i often relied on my mobile data as the wi-fi proved unreliable in the room. i expected better connectivity for a hotel of this standard

underwhelming stay, not worth the hype

the location was acceptable, near the klcc park.
The room cleanliness was not up to par. I spotted hair on the sofa, gross. the sliding door to the toilet kept getting stuck, a hassle. also, the rainfall shower didn't work at all, despite their attempts to fix it, the staff offered to change rooms, but i couldn't be bothered with repacking everything.
